I truly feel it's why I've been placed on this earth, to spread my joy and passion for fitness and its positive impacts to everyone! My goal is to give you a kick-start on your "whole athlete" journey through knowledge, accountability, community and motivation. As a 6x Ironman Triathlete,15+ marathon runner, countless long distance bike races, road races, short races, supporting others through race prep, fat loss and fitness goals, I've been through and seen it all. I'm all about treating your body with the respect it deserves both inside and out. As a 40+ year old athlete with a family and a full time job, I know the struggles of prioritizing fitness into a busy day. But I promise you, it's worth it. YOU'RE WORTH IT.
